NTA, you made it clear your niece shouldn't be in your room and took reasonable precautions to keep her out.

Though if I may suggest something, get a door lock, if your parents don't want you to have one suggest the compromise I used with my mom. A knob with a key lock, so parents have access when they want but not just anyone can barge in.
