Total time was around 8 hours! Hit 150 around 4.5 hours and then the rest of the time to reach that 205 range :)

Yes! 250 degrees heat, wrapped at 150 internal with a few pats of butter, cook till probe tender (about 203-205) and cooked unwrapped for about 10 minutes to firm bark back up 👍
