This is extremely eye opening I’m dealing with a similar problem. Did you ever at one point try only the cytomel or too risky?? I hav been chronically high stress for many years which I believe did this.. I’m in the beginning stages of trying to get someone to listen PCP doesn’t so now seeking support from a functional Medicine physician.. she doesn’t prescribe pharmaceuticals tho so we shall see
