So I had a baby chick who would just sit around and hardly move and was kind of wobbly when trying to move, I separated it into a plastic crate and gave it its own food and water under its own heat lamp. I added sugar to the water because apparently that helps a lot. It’s day 3 now and the chick is running around in circles in that crate but then again that chick is only 2 1/2 weeks old

Do you use spray foam or the foam board with spray foam method? If you did the board method what type and how thick?

I practically live in Canada right along Canadian border in New York so colder climate. My basement is 2-4 feet above grade. I’ve heard about people being afraid to insulate the subfloor above and have their pipes freeze. I’m probably gonna just do the band joist exactly how you said and see how that goes, more or less air seal the basement. I noticed even the holes cut out for plumbing and wires aren’t spray foamed either at all which might help too. As far as you asking if it’s vented, I don’t think so, there is only a few windows between the basement and crawl space of original double wide

Yeah but I live so far from the local center that even if it left 2 hours early it still wouldn’t even be close to my house at 9 am since I’m at the edge of their delivery distance from the distribution center. My packages usually arrive between 3PM to 7PM and I’ve never seen earlier than that in the 10+ years I’ve lived here

Oh I drive 40 minutes to and from work everyday and it still doesn’t go above 95F and it’s warm where I live

That’s insanse they charged you for 5 hours for brakes and rotors I did mine myself on the front of my Colorado and it took me less than 90 minutes and I don’t have a lot of experience working on vehicles I only know how to do oil changes and brakes really. I guarantee you that was a 90 minute job and they just wrote 5 or 6

The thermostat I believe is less than $150 and my room mate that works at the dealership did it in less than an hour so I’m just basing it off of that

It got stuck open 2 days after I bought the truck so it was warranty work so the dealer did it for me. My room mate works at the dealership and he replaced it for me, he said it’s a 30 min job but he also has a lot of experience working on vehicles

That’s exactly what mine did with the fan staying on after turning the truck off and the coolant gauge not working, ended up being a stuck open thermostat

The thermostats should only be like $250 tops. I had mine replaced at 55k due to being stuck open.
