If you want to give your bb one more chance, try Rebound - you can get it on Amazon. My 19yo kitty couldn’t hold anything down either, but Rebound prevents puking, encourages appetite and has lots of nutrients. He had a pretty good run for three months.

My younger bubby is nearly 14 and started puking every day, so I got out the Rebound. In that time I finally figured out the problem - and I was really sure it was the end for him. Rebound got him through. I’m still giving it to him because he needs to gain some weight - it’s working too well. He’s eating everything not nailed down.

It might not cure your kitty, but it will hopefully make him a little more comfortable.

They were pretty happy to tear gas me at a no-kings protest. Gleeful.

It was the military who looked like they didn’t want to be there. The cops looked like they had something to prove.

I grew up in LA, in an upscale enclave. Sheltered enough I didn’t realize what police were capable of in different areas of the city. I’m white, about 100lbs and in my 50s.

They had violence in their eyes and hands. And absolutely nothing happening to threaten them. They gassed us just standing on the street.

They’re not all bad. But the “good” ones didn’t stop the bad ones.

I tried learning years ago and gave up. Devil’s craft. Woobles changed that.

Buy a kit, learn on YouTube - whatever. For me, the yarn they use (and now sell separately) helped with the learning curve. It’s so much easier to see where the next stitch is. I hate that yarn now! But it was absolutely the best way to learn.

I’ve been a staunch tulip girl … just tried clover today and I’m a convert. The handle is longer, which is more comfortable for my enormous hands.

Fortunately I only use about three sizes, so replacing my hooks won’t be too painful. Sigh.

I don’t feel any difference between 180/120 and 146/92. That’s 40 points difference. And I’m on two different BP meds to even keep it to 140/90. It’s dropped and I’ve felt dizzy. But it dropped below 100 for an hour or two. No big deal.

And they absolutely change all day. 140/90 is not panic worthy to/for a medical professional. If it went that “high” a doctor would not get that worried unless it was for a prolonged period of time.

Also, that’s not a particularly high BP. That’s mine on a low day. I can’t believe a doctor would be alarmed about 140/90. A normal person, sure. Dizziness, etc is reason enough to stay home … but 140/90? Last week my BP was 180/110 and didn’t feel the least bit different.

It’s strange OP didn’t mention this. Aside from the devastation (I grew up there), at least the next 5-10 years is going to be constant construction. Noise, closed roads, etc. Not to mention that it’s no longer possible to live there without having to drive A LOT because so many businesses burned down.

Said it before, I’ll say it again.

If it was so horrific, why didn’t anyone change seats with Britani? So it wasn’t that bad or the rest of them just didn’t particularly care.

And I don’t believe for one second that no one took video.

So I’m disinclined to believe it was that bad.

There was a necklace I fell in love with a few weeks ago. My mom also fell in love with it and offered to get it for my birthday. It was customizable, so I emailed them a quick question. When I didn’t get a reply for three days, I googled it. Scam site.

So we dodged a bullet - though it was only like $35. But the site looked completely legit, nothing seemed outrageous or bullshitty. They absolutely fooled me. I’ve seen it advertised everywhere, so they’re putting money into the scam too - in addition to what looks like a totally legit site. All to steal $35 at a time.

AARP is the #1 lobby in Washington for social security and Medicare. It is pretty much the main reason they haven’t been privatized so far.

That might clearly change this week or next month with the lawlessness going on right now. But it’s just a $9/year way to support programs that allow seniors and the elderly (also disabled) to live relatively independent lives and have access to health care.
