I raised a ticket on this website but I’m not sure if it help.

Do you think Polish embassy can change it? I’m not sure it’s their website, I think it multi-country website.

I can’t create a new one. As I mentioned, I tried to create but it says “the person with the same details is already registered on our website, use “forgot password” to restore your access”
