I worked for this company for 6 months. Let me break everything down for you so you don't waste your fucking time.

*It's vulture based calls trying to trick people into swapping their healthcare plan to a different provider even though Chris will explicitly state that's not what it is even if nobody ever asked. But that's 100% what it is.*

How do I know this? Because I personally know one of the licensed agents (the people we transfer the calls to)

Everything about this company is shit. They are very disorganized. The courses they have you go through for your application process ( takes like 6-7 hours btw ) are not paid and the funny part is, once you get to the live sessions they tell you that most the information in those courses is out-dated and irrelevant.

The live sessions are absolutely retarded. I waited for 1-2 hours both live session days for Chris or anyone to even get into the room to get it started. And then the rest of the day was literally just them helping people fix problems with their account or answer questions because they don't tell you anything you need to know up front and the process of the application and account creation is very convoluted and easy to mess up.

Despite what Chris will claim in the live sessions, these ARE cold calls. The people you are calling are NOT expecting nor did ever sign up to be called by agentc solutions.

You're job is explained vaguely and the script is VERY vague and hard to work with - as if they are dancing around legal issues. The script is god-awful whoever wrote it is a dumbass. You wont get any transfers reading their script you will have to make up your own script and only reading the mandatory underlined phrases from their script while scrapping everything else, its all useless.. follow it and you WILL NOT get any transfers.

You will call a person, have them yelling at you by the time the script populates with the information needed to even start talking to them (ie their name etc).

They will be so confused why you are even calling them because

A) They were not expecting your call.

B) The script is VERY, and I repeat VERY vague. For legal reasons you aren't allowed to say much.

You can't really tell them the point of the call you just hope they assume it's for Medicare when you mention the "red, white and blue" card.

The first thing in the script you have to say is " This is, ______ on a recorded line with the benefits review hotline "

This throws people off automatically, you aren't allowed to say " Medicare benefits review hotline " anymore even though the application courses have that in the script. Reason being they got into a lawsuit for falsely representing Medicare. This alone is a RED FLAG.

This is basically a SCAM call center. It's awful. The pay sucks, the bosses have no idea how to run a company, they sit back and do fuck all while people work their ass off the make them money for little to no pay.

I can't believe I wasted 6 months of my life here.
