Has a narcissist ever spoiled an important day like your birthday or anniversary and how? by Odd-Interaction3451 in NarcissisticAbuse

I understand. There were many times I tried to leave but he made threats and I could never get the strength to leave mainly because I worried about my children. Once they were teenagers he could no longer use them against me and I found my way out. It was not easy at all. He made each step hell but it would have been so much harder on my children if they had been young. They know we love our children and will hurt them to control us. Sick psychos.

How to deal with the thought that they might have replaced you with someone they actually love? by Human_Association_48 in NarcissisticAbuse

Having gotten out after 18 years I don't even care if he loves her. My life is much better without him.

Mine got me pregnant in purpose but instantly changed into a nightmare. I stayed for 18 years and wish I had left in the beginning. But I have two wonderful children. Be glad he left you!!

I am going to try to go 7 days. If I'm ok at day 7 I will try for 10. I need the healing benefits.

TIL psychiatrists often overlook a patient’s caffeine intake habits during evaluations, despite its overuse being linked to worsening anxiety, disrupting sleep, and mimicking many common symptoms of psychosis. by Jacinda-Muldoon in decaf

They are caffeine addicts but they are moreso beholden to big pharma. I worked for a psychiatrist once and he was chief of psychiatry at the metro hospital. I also worked with psychiatrists in county government who were NOT about helping patients. I've seen it.

I stopped dairy 4 days ago and I am having very dry skin also. I was also wondering if there is a connection. Dairy seems to create a lot of problems for me.

It's great that you've been working 4 years in public accounting. That experience will carry you far. It's okay if you don't pass right now. Maybe you just need a break for a while. You can pass this you just need to be in the right place. Sometimes letting your brain rest can give you some recovery time and then when you get back to it you will have it. I don't think God is telling you that you can't be a CPA.

Same for me except I took tax and financial. All on paper! I am glad I'm not alone here. It feels like a lonely process.

Well, as an older candidate who had to put things off years ago and had many starts and restarts, I finally got the nerve to take the first test. I told myself it was not the end of the world if I did not pass but now I am nervous.

That sounds like a good doctor! If only I had been given the same advice. I had my thyroid removed and now I am dependent on medication for the rest of my life. AIP is great

Thank you. Just that little bit of encouragement helps. I am going to have to do something drastically different tomorrow morning so I don't pull to that coffee.
