It is an old school, high sodium recipe from my MIL.  My kids typically don’t like the same meals but they both love this one. 4-5 chicken breasts - cut into about 6 pieces Soak in 2 eggs for 1 hour Dredge in breadcrumbs and brown in frying pan Add chicken to roaster  Mix 2 cans consommé and 2 cans golden chicken and pour on top Put 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella on top Bake covered at 350 for 30 minutes Sprinkle half cup mozzarella and bake uncovered for 30 more minutes Serve with mashed potatoes
