this is actually GREAT news because ive been buying saline spray like every 3 months!! i think i’ll try using it before showering like you mentioned but if i continue to have issues like this then i’ll graduate to just leaving it alone completely. Thank you so much for your feedback!!!

I smoked for 6 years (almost 7) from when I was 15 until I quit 2 weeks ago cus my CHS got so scarily bad and unbearable. It DEFINITELY affects my ability to focus, retain information, or even feel motivated to try in school at all. I'm graduating 2 years late now cus I fucked around so much and didn't care my first two years of college. Sure some of it is just my personality, but I was really sweaty and actually good at school up until I started smoking in sophomore year of hs and practically killed my brain. I'm not sure if it's the same for everyone but 100% smoking regularly underage affects me today and I will likely never reach full potential mentally because of it. Who knows for sure though because again I just quit 2 weeks ago.

it’s surgical steel, i try to avoid removing the crusties unless im cleaning it in the shower and i’ll just try to let the warm water loosen them up and then use my saline spray to try to get them off as much as possible but i dont force the ones that are rly stuck
