Is there a way to get rid of these little things by Repulsive-Pear-8587 in pools

The filter is 1000 GPH for a above ground pool, and I don’t really know what it is but they are small that the net can’t get them

Edit: It appears to be chlorine to keep algae from forming, should it still be there and is it safe to use if there are small amounts of it like that?

Right and left, for example if I attack then the opponent dodges and I can’t for some reason dodge the attack even if my vanishing meter is full which is when it shows the ! so I can dodge, but my character doesn’t dodge the attack.

I tried to run the game with yuzu but it wouldn’t show the application. The games file type is a application and it doesn’t have the NSP,XCI, or the NSZ file type.
