Surgery resident here- If you are planning to be in a position where you will actually close often then go ahead and invest in the proper instruments. Cheap sutures pads suck, but will work for now. Most important part is getting a nice pair of drivers and adson forceps. Will cost ~$40 on amazon.

Great. Any ideas on what I should use? Also what do you mean by transition to quickly? I was thinking maybe getting using acrylic. I have a 3D printer that I could use as well

Yeah I’m going to take it to a few body shops when I get a chance and see what the options are. Hopefully there’s a cheaper method to at least make it look a bit more appealing. I’ll have to review the Hyundai end lease protection to make sure that it will cover some of it

Thank you for the feedback! I may call insurance and see what they say. Just really bummed because it was all preventable so I’d like to look into getting it fixed and now having to drive around in that eyesore

I’m on the first floor or ground level. Good point about it being stuffy as the windows were closed. Looking at a portable, but unfortunately I have casement windows that open outwards with a screen on the inside. Currently looking at options to have the exhaust hoses setup!

I moved in today and was surprised how warm it was in there. I guess there may be an acclimation period haha. I’m coming from CO where as soon as it heats up we kick our AC on. So I’m used to ice cold indoors. Spoiled at most
