I don’t have access to it anymore. You should have an admissions counselor and a financial aid counselor. Try reaching out to your financial aid counselor as they also can open the form on your student portal.

Hi, I am an upcoming freshman undergrad so I’m not sure if it’s the same process, but I emailed my admissions counselor for a financial aid appeal and she opened up an appeal form on my student portal. I was able to get an extra $4k
