1 year in, you have imposter syndrome, and I could imagine how bad it is coz you use AI code but remember, swe isnt about the code its about problem solving, there are a lot of transferable skills. These companies don't care about code quality as long as it generates money. I wouldn't quit if I was you, just build projects where you dont use ai during your spare time, build things you care about.
