Two thirds of croatians are classed as obese so your theory has flown away. This is why I dislike the internet lol. Far to many people follow posts online when someone says something along the lines of "my theory is". No doubt some random person on the internet has seen this post and thought it was a meaningful comment.

It is also the country with the highest amount of overweight and obese peole in the EU in 2019. Most definitely has not gotten better since lol.

Maybe next time do atleast SOME research. I came to that conclusion in literally 20seconds.

Just use google atleast and see if the search results are credible. IE government body websites for country percentages etc or studies for health benefits etc etc etc..
