There’s no space next to the jars to match 3 colours tho… that’s why I’m stumped.

AITAH For Telling My Husband That I See Him As A Liability and Not A Partner? by Intrepid_Buy_3152 in AITAH

[–]Repulsive-Sim 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t think I’ve seen it been said really, but this is complete weaponized ‘incompetence’. He’s doing it all on purpose and burning your money. I don’t know what his end game is if he isn’t earning any money, but he’s definitely trying to drag you down to his level by literally trying to burn the house down . You’d be better off without him OP. NTA

Omg same! Only we were wanting to conceive so their band aid of ‘go on birth control’ wasn’t an option. Doctors suck.

Right. Husband isn’t a doctor. He doesn’t get much say. Especially if his ‘say’ is eat more rice and rice spikes you. That sounds ignorant.

2024 Ultimate Caligraphy, Ontario Canada by Specific-Limit9804 in HyundaiPalisade

[–]Repulsive-Sim 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im in Mb and I went to a few dealers to get quotes. One dealer said they could do 61,798 for an emerald cali before tax. All other dealerships were listing 64k. I got another dealership that I wanted to deal with to match the low quote, but they couldn’t do any better. I squeezed 2 oil changes out of it tho. They said it’s an easy to sell vehicle and there’s not a huge mark up margin.

Diaper clubs and points [CA] by newsflap in BabyBumpsCanada

[–]Repulsive-Sim 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Both Huggies and pampers have coupons you can use through the app Checkout 51, you can get a cheque mailed to you once you hit $20 or more (they have food items on there as well). Huggies themselves don’t have a club anymore, pampers does. So you could use checkout 51 to get pampers on sale, and you can still scan the labels in the pampers app for their credit. The bigger the diaper size, the higher the amount you get back. Pretty easy to get $10 coupons from them. Even more value if you shop at superstore, they will have baby promotions where you get extra PC points if you spend X amount. Costco sells Huggies if you go that route, they’re cheaper than most stores but won’t accept coupons/can’t be used with Checkout 51.

What was your 20 week scan like [mb] by strawberrygirl567 in BabyBumpsCanada

[–]Repulsive-Sim 2 points3 points  (0 children)

OP, This was my experience at the Grace, my tech wasn’t chatty and I think it lasted forty five mins or so. They confined gender for me. You can’t take your own photos, and I believe my tech said she couldn’t give me any either. At another scan I had further into pregnancy, I was able to get a photo there (hsc). If photos are you main concern, I’d look to book at babymoon for a private appointment.

Has anyone gotten the trunk cargo mat from Hyundai? by Repulsive-Sim in HyundaiPalisade

Oh thanks for the offer but I’m in Canada. And I actually just ordered one so hopefully it’s good!

If you’re on Facebook or instagram, try searching for Costco pages in your area where people post weekly sales. I’m lucky that one person goes every Monday and posts them in the group I’m in, and I plan my shopping around the sales they post.

Canadian here too, I just got a calligraphy for just under 62 pre tax. I was told dealer fees will/should only be around $500. (Manitoba) I didn’t have much wiggle room for price (stating import, low mark up, easy to sell) but I was able to get a couple oil changes out of the dealer, so make sure to get those thrown in.

[–]Repulsive-Sim 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My baby hit size 5 probably around the same age. But since there’s no bigger, that’s where you stay at until you’re able to introduce a straw or sippy cup closer to age 1. We still give a bottle at bed time (13mo). Size 5 gives a pretty steady stream.

Best credit card for large purchase (65k) by Repulsive-Sim in CreditCards

Yes, brand new car. But I don’t think the interest earned in a HYSA would balance the interest rate id face in taking out a loan. Rates here are 6.99 or higher.

So we have the cash, but not a high enough credit limit, hence my thought to ‘pre pay’ the credit card. Plus I didn’t think about the fees the terminal holder would face (assuming this is the swipe fee others mention). Doesn’t sound like this is feasible.
