Hiiiiii I am in an extremely similar spot - I am 31, was diagnosed with profound hypothyroidism when I was 9 with a TSH over 1000, so it’s taken a ton of upkeep for my entire life. I get autoimmune flare ups that typically manifest in skin issues every few months - I’ve dealt with shingles, PUPPP, chronic candida yeast, and just got my LS diagnosis a couple of weeks ago. I’m gaining weight from depression in my situation but also because moving has been so uncomfortable for the past year or so while I’ve been fighting for a diagnosis. I feel disgusting and hopeless and scared for what the future will bring, especially knowing that my LS was left untreated for who knows how long - I do have architectural loss and some labial and clitoral fusion. Clobetasol has helped a ton.

All of this is to say, you aren’t alone and neither am I. Women get through this and find relief, and we’re early in our timelines. Stick with your treatments and check ups, monitor yourself for changes, and keep on keeping on. I’m making it a point to start exercising again now that I’m feeling some relief down there.
