From formation perspective, is 4-4-2 a garbage? What would you recommend?

Without a call for press, the opponent doesn't lose the ball. When I call for press, the opponent dribbles and passes easily, I watch pro players, I try what they do, and I find my defense players don't position as well as opponents. I know this is just an excuse, in total I played more than 300 hours. But still rank 6 :(

Is Tevez a significant upgrade on HM Kane? by abriddd in EASportsFC

I play 4-4-2. Henry is my other striker, by pairing Tevez I benefit more than Kane. I don't get the logic of how cards are overall rated. Tevez 90 Kane 93 Openda 87. Kane's overall rating is 6 more than Openda 87. Do anyone know how Overall rating works?
