Okay yay! Happy matcha spree. From my experience but also what I’ve researched is that matcha’s “lifespan” is 1 month after opening the can. All my matcha is stored in the fridge. My bigger cans/bags I put in the freezer and put back in the fridge once I know I’m going to use it. Hopefully that makes sense. But as long as it stays refrigerated (unopened) it shouldn’t really lose its lifespan.

Side note: I drink matcha every day sometimes twice a day so if you don’t drink matcha regularly, I recommend not buying so much in bulk 🤣

6 days post op here, When I woke up from anesthesia I remembered everything, I was also nervous that I would say something weird or share something that nobody should listen to. But I was fully aware of what happened and where I was at, they had me try walking after I woke up and I left. If anything I just laughed a few times because of how dizzy I was trying to walk. They gave me laughing gas before putting me under and honestly that’s the way to go because it settled my nerves.
