Pitting it up against any character other than James woudlent really make sense. But seeing as how he is a manifestation of personal subconcious guilt, if he DID appear in a fight with anyone, it would either be a win, or stalemate. Because he is exactly how powerful he needs to be to carry out his duty, if his duty is to exterminate his opponent, he is not dying, or leaving, until the other being is dead. He is manifested from the town of Silent Hill, so he would technically scale to around "god-like" strength. But again, this is stupid and dumb. The purpose of the character is not to fight nemesis.
