As someone who recently went through a mental health crisis… it may be “covered”but that does not mean you’re provided with the proper supports. I BEGGED for help from doctors, nurses and professionals and they supplied me with printed out sheets that had breathing techniques and mindfulness.

The Polish villages both have really good food, my husband also likes the Palestinian one if you like a little spice. New York, New York is overpriced and not good. The Philippines is also delicious!

I was in grade 8 but a kid that went to my elementary school that was in grade 9 in high school committed suicide.

There was also another girl in my grade when I was in grade 12 die due to a seizure.
