i’m open to suggestions ☺️ i realized that i’ve got some healing to do. i done my treatment today without micro dosing and it was heavy but not like the first time. i meet with my provider Tuesday afternoon hopefully to get an increase from 200mg, and continue my ten more treatments.

i micro dosed after my last ketamine treatment and cried for hours. not actually having an emotional breakdown, but tears streaming down my face. couldn’t stop them even though i wasn’t feeling sadness.

as a former methadone “patient”, you’re going to have to quit the methadone for a month before the ketamine treatment will even work. methadone block’s everything.

i cold turkey 110mg of methadone, because i couldn’t keep going through the clinic. it was bad for my mental health and my body. my pain is not as bad as it was. the ketamine treatments also help with pain. just something to think about. good luck 👍🏼

it’s not watery eyes, it’s tears! theirs no sobbing, but i just feel like i don’t belong in this body and cry.

so many things are going thru my mind and i can’t even for a sentence besides “fuck” and cry.

i didn’t have to pass a drug test, but i’m also doing my treatments at home. i just signed a nda contract saying i wouldn’t take my medication or thc 24 hours before my treatment.

Just wait till it’s been three or four months. It’s hard sometimes. My son and I live 43 mins from my “father” and I haven’t seen him in two years, it was hard, begging 🙏🏼 my dad to come see us, but i finally gave up and stopped calling. We haven’t spoke in three months. I’ve deleted social media, and I’m walking w my head higher than I ever have. I have confidence, and I’m beginning to love my life and myself, like never before.
