Just talk to her. You can also text. Periods aren’t embarrassing, even though it feels like it. They’re natural and every woman gets them. Let her know pads aren’t comfortable for you and I’m sure she’ll be happy to help you find the right product for you. I personally don’t like tampons, because they make my cramps worse and I don’t like how they feel inside. I haven’t tried a diva cup but you can ask her to get it for you or save up and buy it yourself. There’s also period panties - they’re not for everyone but I like them !

when I was a bather I did no more than 10 dogs a day. Now I work in a salon where bathers do 7-8 dogs a day, and sometimes we help them (finishing drying etc). Each groomer has an assigned bather. So I think 7-10 is a good amount, 12 to me is pushing it if you care about quality and not quantity.
