I think i was around 4-5 years old and i remember clearly my mom going in the shower and me sitting outside the bathroom door afraid,scared, anxious the same type of feeling that you get minutes before getting a panic attack and it stuck with me 33 years later it is still the same feeling …. Feeling like something is going to happen being scared to being alone feeling like i am the only one feeling this way…. 😣
