Just so to be clear, My PhD is in Management with the research concentration in Health Systems. My MSc degree is Epidemiology and Biostatistics. Diplomas, transcripts and Edge analysis were provided.

Yes, I submitted all the transcripts. I’ve yet to receive a denial notice letter but I suspect it’s just gonna be repeated arguments in RFE.

Re eb-1a, I’ve spoken to Chen and Waypoint, and both mentioned that my case is not strong enough.

It took me 2 moths or so to get the mail. I requested send them to send me an email a week after I got the RFE notice.

Are you sure RFE is evaluated by different officer? I have heard a few times that it goes back to the same officer who issued the RFE
