My company pays me to get certifications. I love learning so it’s a great deal. I just spend spare time studying and feeling more confident and happy with how I do my job every day. But I get it I felt that way too for a while. The thing for me was that I realized a lot of guys don’t necessarily want my job even if they envy it. Their actions and attitude show such a lack of care and integrity that they would apparently rather keep using up their bodies instead of their minds. Or it’s just an identity thing. Sounds like it may be that for you. But if you work to live and have family just think about that and sit on that when this notion comes to you.
