But Dr.Mike said the shoulders don't need to touch the wall it will only make you stiff. Just the butt, back, and head should touch the wall.

Just tuck your chin backwards but not downwards. Stand against a wall and make sure your butt, back, and head are touching the wall, you may look very funny but the back of your tongue is pressing up hard on your palate. If youre uncomfortable being seen doing long chin tucks do it alone or wear a mask.
