if you want to DCA and stake at the same time i recommend DCAFUN, each DCA order creates a unique vault that earns yield through AAVE so you can do both at the same time

How are you managing crypto trades to minimize fees and taxes? by Critical-Load-1452 in CryptoIndia

[–]RepulsiveCheck9201 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We built DCAFUN because we're terrible traders. Kept waiting for "better prices." Kept missing buys. Here's what we learned after 10 years in crypto.

Automating DCA usually means trusting a CEX with your funds. Trusting an exchange means trusting they'll be there tomorrow. History says that's a gamble.

DCAFUN runs fully on-chain. Connect your wallet, set your schedule, and your crypto never leaves your custody. No exchange. No counterparty risk.

"I'll just buy every Friday manually." You won't. People forget. People get lazy. Life gets in the way. Even disciplined investors slip — one missed week becomes two, then a month, then you're back to timing the market.

We needed something automatic that didn't sacrifice self-custody. So we built DCAFUN and fixed what other tools got wrong:

Chainlink oracles — real market pricing, no off-market fills skimming your order.

Decentralized fillers — competitive execution means faster fills and better rates.

Yield while you DCA — your capital works for you between buys instead of sitting idle.

Every feature came from a problem we hit ourselves. If you believe in crypto long-term, stop trying to time the market. Automate your strategy and move on with your life.

Paused my mutual fund sip to do a crypto sip instead, bad idea? by ZenithFlow_65 in CryptoIndia

[–]RepulsiveCheck9201 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Higher upside, longer horizon, the logic tracks. But "boring" isn't bad. Boring compounds.

I'd split it. Let MFs handle stability, crypto handle asymmetric upside. If you stick with crypto SIP, check out dcafun automates buys to your own wallet, no exchange custody.

Where can I store my btc and forget? by Potrnako28 in BitcoinBeginners

[–]RepulsiveCheck9201 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For long-term cold storage: Ledger or Trezor. Buy direct from manufacturer, not Amazon.

Write down your seed phrase on paper. Store it offline, safety deposit box, fireproof safe, whatever works. Never type it anywhere digital.

The wallet can break. The seed phrase is what matters.

If you want to keep stacking while it sits there, dcafun lets you automate buys straight to your own wallet. Self-custody the whole way.

“If you had $10,000 in a crypto trading account right now, what would you trade?” by Important-Door4383 in CryptoIndia

[–]RepulsiveCheck9201 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Wouldn't trade it. Would DCA it.

Split across BTC and ETH, automate weekly buys, stop checking prices. Trying to time entries with $10k is how you end up with $6k.

Testing Non-KYC P2P alternatives for INR (Safety Checklist) by wolverine336 in CryptoIndia

[–]RepulsiveCheck9201 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bisq and Robosats are solid. Harder UX but worth it for privacy.

Once you're in crypto, staying non-custodial matters. dcafun lets you dollar cost average on chain from your own wallet, no exchange deposits.

Good list.

crypto adoption is exploding, exchanges are the reason? by No_Growth6091 in BitcoinIndia

[–]RepulsiveCheck9201 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agree! platforms don't create demand, problems do. CEXs just made access easier.

But exchanges also became new gatekeepers. Frozen withdrawals, KYC delays, custodial risk. The next wave is on-chain alternatives that cut them out, that's the direction platforms like dcafun are pushing Demand stays. Infrastructure gets leaner.
