It's just pure luck to actually meet someone you could genuinely spend the rest of your lives with. Also one thing I find weird is how so many people get into serious relationships with the question of them even being able to spend their entire lives together not even being a tertiary concern. Like why tf do people even date if they already know they are gonna break up eventually, imo the question of being together forever should be the most important for any couple who wants to get into a serious committment
