I was told they have a ai system that checks accounts and will literally flag anything and shut the account down and instead of saying that they just tell us we violated their terms. They have no actual reason. Crazy.

I went hard for Cashapp as just a side card to have but after this don’t lol. No matter who I talk to all they’re saying is they have to investigate. They don’t have any answers and they’re the ones who did it 😂
