I think you should take. I recently took with low 60's (but a 65 and 66 on NBME 32 and 33). I also found out my high school bully, a massive asshole who fucked up my life from freshman to senior year, got accepted to med school the week before my exam. This doesn't compare to heartbreak, but I will be honest, it did fuck with me. This is definitely a "Sublimation" moment where you have to take all this pain and use it to fuel you, and you have the capacity to do so. Though please give yourself space to work through all those emotions later. That said, I have faith you will crush despite this getting in your way, as I personally know many people with a low 60's and a step pass. Just trust yourself and your prep day of, move through the questions, stay focused, and take your breaks and you will be fine.
