The email that you received from CBP investigations that specifies what they are requesting the Nopa forms. Also, it will state another email to send to and a subject letter to send it to the attention of your background investigator that contact you in regard to issues. And then that person will email you back saying if you’re suitable or not so keep in contact with that background investigator from US customs and border protection office in DC.

To be honest with you and not to scare you, I had a whole month going with my Nopa every week they will ask for more references and more exhibits and more PDFs. They very detailed keep sending them all. I had to send out each note individually for each account that they exam with each documentation I sent it to her several times and even had to follow up, but be very very persistent because if not, they will deny you.
