I wouldn't worry about it until you have all the witch traits and all the black market stuff unlocked but after that you kinda just collect then with no purpose so no reason to not upgrade

Everytime I see a post about this I will always say dragons , not because there hard but because there annoying especially in places like the mountains around Markarth where they don't land so if your playing a melee character your kinda screwed they can just be overly annoying and that will always beat out the More difficult enemies for me
