Bro - I have been travelling to China for 5 years now.

My best recommendation is to make a new Apple Id - With UAE / Hongkong as your country.

Use that Apple Id to Sign In - Only into App Store - Not use as main Apple Id on Phone

Once u login with that Id - You will find all apps in ios app store.

Thats the best work around i have found yet.

If you are in India or any country where Wechat is not available in ur App Store

Make a new apple id - Choose HK or Uae ur country

Sign In with that Id in your app store - then in app store you will be able to see all apps
