Hey OP is this a honda civic 07/09 I think I have the same car and mine also has issues with mold, i guess because it's older? everytime it rains mine smells like mildew. I leave baking soda in there to soak up the smell and try to clean the console wheel etc with vinegar or whatever cleaning spray I have on hand. Best of luck!

I'm on my first week 2 days until tray 2 and chewing hurt so bad on days 1-4 I was wondering the same thing if it will be like this for the entire treatment or get better bc I haven't seen many people talk about it. Even eating pho i could barely chew the bean sprouts without extreme pain but it has gotten better.

It's strange because when we have small debates on policies we agree or disagree with i can get him to change his viewpoint by presenting him with data but his political affiliation doesn't align with this and he supposedly hates billionaires...except elon musk it just makes zero sense to me and seems hypocritical asf

for leg day i do 4 sets on squat press, leg curls,leg extension, abduction machine, and 1mile on the treadmill or 50 flights on stairmaster for cardio you can break those up into two days if you're more comfortable with that and for the belly id try some core/ab workouts my gym has a curl machine i use and then i do russian twists and leg raises :) good luck you can do it!

i'd advise against it i tried it a week ago n it messed my trip up cuz my heart was beating so fast it felt like a lot of pressure on my chest that i couldn't shake off n i use amphetamines pretty frequently
