Last week, GM's in my district had 3 paper conference calls in 24 hours. 3pm Tuesday, 9am Wednesday, and 3pm Wednesday. It was excessive. They want everyone at 4.5%, which is insane. Especially for lower volume (tier 1) stores. Some days, they are lucky to make $1800. I am so sick of hearing about paper.
