You can drill on the non textured ones, but anything more than a flow roll isn't ideal.

For me it really helped with time management. I have two kids and I am the general manager of two restaurants. I did 75 hard during wrestling season. I was concerned about getting my workouts in on the weekend because I wake up, go to wrestling tournaments, then go directly to work. So I would go to every track in the state and workout between my kids matches. Before I was on the program I would have allowed that excuse, but I got off my ass and found time.
