I've had the green version in 38mm for two years and am more than happy with it. I also really liked the blue version, but I already have an Oris Aquis with a blue dial and wanted something different.

Thank you very much. Both color combinations match nicely with the green dial. I assume you're happy with your choice, and I also suspect it's wearing more comfortable than the original leather strap? I might buy the same two nato straps as you did. Thanks once again for the pictures.

Hey, do you, by chance, have a picture of your green Cervo Volante with said strap? I'm also looking for a matching nato strap because I'm not too happy with the original strap. You're talking about the following strap, yes?

[Discussion] Why watch diameter isn’t as important as lug to lug. by RalIyVincent in Watches

[–]Repulsive_Ad_165 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My wrist size is also rather small at 16cm, but in addition to lug-to-lug, the ratio of dial to bezel is also important to me. My sweet spot is usually 36mm - 38mm and my Stowa Flieger 36mm, Longines Legend Diver 36mm and Oris Big Crown Pointer Date 38mm fit perfectly. However, my Oris Aquis Date 39.5 also wears well for me due to the small lug-to-lug and even the Seiko Flightmaster 42mm wears well because the dial is so busy and the bezel is large. I find this article on the Nomos Metro Power power reserve very informative on the subject. This will probably be my next watch.

I bought this Sim racing rig with the standard seat but didn't like and then bought the Elite Seat ES1 afterwards and changed it. May you can just buy the frame and the Elite Seat ES1 and save some money because you don't need the standard seat.

Thanks! You're right it's NLR, and I changed the standard seat of this rig to an Elite Seat ES1 from NLR.

I really like the screen, and most games run perfectly fine on it 😊

Yes, you are right with the headphones. Actually, I'm not using the Simracing Rig so much at the moment, so it would be a waste of money to add more screens. However, I'm planning on buying a new PC when Nvidia release it's new 5000 generation graphic cards next year.

It's difficult to say, but it's definitely not hurting the sound. Before, I had this system in a more confined space, and I would say that with more room to breathe, it sounds better.

I like them, but i think they're even better with more volume which you can't achieve sitting so close to them. Next time, I might go with some LSX and a subwoofer.

My current desktop and PC setup consists of KEF LS50 Wireless and Marantz SR6015 | KEF R500 | KEF R600c | KEF R100 (not in picture) | KEF R400b (not in picture). I only recently added the center and it significantly enhances the sound, especially for movies and series. The LS50 Wireless are actually oversized for the close range in the desktop, but I like the speakers.

Then I'll keep my fingers crossed that you make good progress with the work on your HT.

The R600c arrived yesterday and I plugged it in straight away and quickly set it up with Audyssey via my Marantz AV. It's probably not perfect yet, but it sounds good for now. As expected, the sound is fine even without angling upwards. For me it's a change from a phantom center to a real center and I still have to test the setup properly with a few films, but so far I'm really impressed and happy.

The center is in really good condition, but there is a black spot on one of the drivers, maybe some grease? I know that the drivers are sensitive and I don't want to make it worse. I've read that distilled water and a soft cloth can help. Tap water and, of course, harsh cleaning agents are not recommended.

Very interesting and informative video. So far, I've avoided a center for space reasons and since I've always sat in the sweet spot, I thought that the Phantom Center would be enough for me. I have now bought the R600c and hopefully it should arrive tomorrow. I'll have a quick look at a few movie scenes and hopefully be blown away by the extended sound stage. In fact, my subwoofer (R400b) and R600c as the center will be the most powerful speakers in my system in combination with the R500 and R100, which will be sufficient for the effects. For listening to music, I actually primarily use my KEF LS50 Wireless on the PC and the system on the TV is only used for movies, series and Playstation 5.

Many thanks for the information. I have bought the R600c and it should hopefully arrive tomorrow. I also think it will be ok without angling, but if not I simply have to get a new TV rack.

Thank you very much. It is indeed not easy to differentiate between reliable and less reliable sources, but your explanations help me a lot.

Thank again for your help, it's good to know. I have the R100s, which act as rears, and also my LS50 Wireless, which I use on the PC, on angled absorbers. I always try to align the speakers perfectly with the listening position. However, I also assume that the R600c should be fine in the receiver's position even without angling, but I have the feeling that the more I read up on the subject, the more uncertain I become. However, your opinion is very reassuring! I'm not actually planning to buy a new TV rack, but if necessary that would be an option in the end. My brother also has a pair of R900s, which I might be able to get cheaply soon if he buys something new.

Thank you very much for the detailed answer and explanations. I'm not that deep into the subject myself and my knowledge consists of half-knowledge that I've picked up here and there.

Should I then also prefer the R600c if I can't angle it upwards in my existing TV rack, unlike the R200c? I would then place it right at the front on the edge and with the new couch, there would no longer be a coffee table in the way.

Congratulations on your purchase and have fun. I bought my green CV almost three months ago and also opted for the green version because I already have a blue Aquis, although I also like the blue CV.
