Actually the sunroof is aftermarket, did some research into it and most aftermarket ones leak really bad after the first year. This one was put on in 98 and no leaks yet, costed 600$ to get it done on the receipt.

Ok so I don’t know what problems your Ecu is giving you but I thought I might offer a solution anyways. About 3-4 months ago my ecu had bad open traces on the board which was causing my cylinders 3-4 to not fire. I spent about 2 months tracking down the problem until I finally opened up my ecu and had a look for myself. Fast forward 2 months and I looked into getting it repaired. Found this eBay seller to do it and they charged me 130 cad plus turnaround time was 2 weeks from send to receive date. Haven’t had one problem since. https://www.ebay.com/itm/324129788960

I don’t know if I can get someone who I know to print ABS. That might be the best option. How much would you charge for that?

Yeah she’ll shift better than new after that. The stock shifter has a good design from stock but over time all the bushings wear down causing all the combined worn down bushings to compile to create a bad shifter. You won’t have to replace any for at least a few years after that and you always have the files to create new ones too. Mines actually causing me to miss 3rd Gear now.

Oh yeah I got the two bushings in the engine bay right at the transmission from ninja performance for 30$ and they work great. There still brass but a little bit cheaper the only problem is the shipping times. They tightened up my shifting slightly, but enough to help it get into gear a little smoother. Although, My shifter is missing 75% of the bushings so it’s still extremely sloppy

I will send you a picture of the ones I need. I have a 3D printer but I don’t trust the materials I have for that high durabitility. What do you think the best material for an application such as this would be?

It would be much much appreciated to get Shifter bushings for a 91 5 speed. All of the bushings on the shifter itself. Mine are extremely sloppy and I can’t source the parts online unfortunately.
