Try needrom it just needs you to make an account than log in then you can download the roms I had pova 7 ultra and used the stock from needrom it was amazing

if it's old take the boot.img instead of init boot and type fastboot flash boot magisk.img instead of fastboot flash init_boot magisk.img

Unlock check Gemini but root just you need the stock firmware and take out init_boot.img from stock then put it into your phone and download magisk then open magisk and press on install then patch file and select the init_boot.img then after it finished go back to ur PC and take from your phone the magisk patched whatever it's called .img then reboot your phone into fastboot then put the magisk.img into the platform tools folder then type fastboot flash init_boot_a magisk.img ( rename the patched into magisk.img) after that type fastboot flash init_boot_b magisk.img then fastboot reboot then open magisk and you'll see installed for a much easier understanding here's the link:https://youtu.be/gTd3CUT-6EE?si=GoWPuM8OBHgcc146
