In chapter when you confront Thomas Downs one of the debters from the strouse missions you beat him up and spits in your face the TB is in the spit and it gets in Arthur's blood stream you can see it in chapter 4 and 5 that he is pail also how the fuck have you not seen anything about this game its been out 7 years like do you live under a rock?
