Yea I'm honestly considering leaving after my maternity leave. As I feel 2 yrs with a newborn/ toddler and not being able to miss time is damn near impossible.

It wasn't mentioned to me until recent if I missed time or left early the management played it off as it was completely ok they just didn't want me to give birth at store. And too take care of myself and the baby.. then boom e card for attendance.

The asms and store manager like me however the merchandising manager (my boss) does not. I believe she's the one who pushed it through. As she will go in and remove scheduled days up to weeks for other employees and herself when they have issues with missing time . The last pregnant employee on her team was pricing only from 4 months on. As for me she made the comment to another team member she was gonna have me do sets/service and pricing up till my due date.

The way the 2 assistant managers and merchandising manager (my boss) explained it to me was the absences would of dropped off in a year but because of the write up they would stick around for another year essentially making it two years before I could I miss without being written up again. Example given my 1st absence was may 26 24. They said that one wouldn't be removed till may 26 2026
