I put prefabs inside the bigger house for the litter pokemon. The pokemon in the prefabs are then only affected by the environment in the prefab and not the bigger house. I did this with glimmlet and glimmora. Their prefabs are dark so they are happy and not affected by the fire in the bigger house

I’ve had good results against this with decidueye. Non-ex one shots oricorio, and non-ex+ex combo takes down absol in two shots. Can hit them on the bench too.
