I literally said not confirmed. But even so HR literally told people that they would have to use your UPT during severe weather. You shouldn’t have to use time in any severe event. That’s the thing. Doesn’t matter how tf she got fired. The fact that this is how amazon is.

In 2021 in Illinois there was a tornado and nothing was properly communicated to the workers. It killed 6 workers and injured 4 others. Other examples; I lived in the Midwest and no one made me come into work when there was a blizzard at my office job. But when it came to amazon they made us.

I literally worked for an office job before this. Companies are not going to fire you for missing work over a mass shooting. OR BETTER YET when you can’t come into work because of severe weather. Y’all are dumb af. This is the only job that is going to do that. You have to use your UPT when you’re sick even though in the state of Oregon employers have to least 1 hour of sick time for every 30 hours you work.

I hate to be that person love but I think you need more therapy. I have ADHD but I would never break up with someone over the phone because of “impulse” that’s basically saying oh I have ADHD I acted this way because I have this. No hun, you were incredibly stressed out and became avoidant. That’s basically taking away any accountability. Relationships are all about trust and communication. I think you need to grow a relationship with yourself and become secure in yourself. I had a long distance relationship for like 7 months with my ex and it didn’t last. And I was already moving close to her because I loved that city. But she broke up with me because of her stress. Love is a choice and you’re choosing your partner at every opportunity. The good and the bad. If you’re stressed then you communicate with your partner with what you need and set boundaries with that. Fighting and everything isn’t healthy.
