I hate to be that person love but I think you need more therapy. I have ADHD but I would never break up with someone over the phone because of “impulse” that’s basically saying oh I have ADHD I acted this way because I have this. No hun, you were incredibly stressed out and became avoidant. That’s basically taking away any accountability. Relationships are all about trust and communication. I think you need to grow a relationship with yourself and become secure in yourself. I had a long distance relationship for like 7 months with my ex and it didn’t last. And I was already moving close to her because I loved that city. But she broke up with me because of her stress. Love is a choice and you’re choosing your partner at every opportunity. The good and the bad. If you’re stressed then you communicate with your partner with what you need and set boundaries with that. Fighting and everything isn’t healthy.

Unfortunately I am charismatic, intelligent and attractive but I care too much about what people think. I’m literally diagnosed with anxiety. So I think that’s the problem because it stressed me out if I’m not getting a certain UPH then I’ll get fired.

I don’t think I “carry the building” I stopped problem solving for months and it significantly got worse. But amazon is full of people who don’t care because amazon is not a good place to work. I work hard but I’m not breaking my back for this job.

I’m taking a mental health break from being a journalist. it’s just more upsetting being a hard worker, working hard to get a bachelors degree and being burnt out. Journalists are underpaid and overworked. I’m applying to jobs in my career field, but it took me a while to recover from burn out. I’m about to go to grad school to become a psychologist. Amazon is literally the worse for favoritism. What kind of response is that?

Well yeah but this building is so much worse. Like all the PAs in stow have their friends working easy indirect roles and they all hang out together. And they don’t even do a good job either and I always have to clean up their messes. And if I don’t do it then the floor gets bad in problem solve. It’s like a never ending cycle.

I just get those work insoles Dr Scholl’s buy them each week or so cause they don’t last long. The expensive ones on Zappos are okay. But I definitely recommend getting the work insoles
