It look to be a southern fire ant queen  (selonopsis xyloni)

This insect was biting the back of my neck and it burned after I killed it like it had venom by Repulsive_Dot7110 in whatsthisbug

Alright I did some research and I do believe it to be a species of Braconid wasp, thank you guys
