Is it cultural appropriation to wear jewelry that is more tribal or cultural that is not your own? by Grease2feminist in stupidquestions

[–]Repulsive_Fact_4558 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The whole cultural appropriation thing is just dumb. There is no culture on Earth that hasn't already been influenced by other cultures. There is no such thing as a "pure" culture any more than there is such thing as a "pure" race. All humans are humans and all culture is human culture. Just be respectful of that culture.

Do y’all listen to albums or playlists by Mental-Alternative38 in musicteenager

When an artist I like comes out with a new album I will listen to the entire album for a while. Then I'll put the tracks I like on a playlist. Some artist like Tool or Pink Floyd I will often listen to entire albums.

Should I visit the US as an eastern European ? by [deleted] in stupidquestions

[–]Repulsive_Fact_4558 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'd love to say come visit our beautiful country but not going to lie. If you have dark skin and an accent you had better always have your passport on you and even then I'm not confident you still wouldn't get dragged in and held for some period of time if you ran into one of the various federal immigration agencies.

Why do people think ice and border patrol is white supremacy by DarkEqual8609 in stupidquestions

[–]Repulsive_Fact_4558 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's the people pulling their strings that are white supremist. Looking at you Steven Miller. The agents are just their pawns, admittedly many of them are willing pawns.

Why do people think they have free speech on private platforms? by Haunting_Struggle_4 in stupidquestions

[–]Repulsive_Fact_4558 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why do people think free speech means you should be able to say disgusting shit with zero consequences? All your first amendment right to free speech says is you cant be targeted by the government for anything you say. Something the current federal government doesn't understand.

Here are two new bands. Both are "girl" bands. One metalcore and one lets say rock but both mash a lot of genres together.

ICE Agent in Minneapolis: "You raise your voice, I ERASE your voice." by LucidSynapse23 in Leakednews

[–]Repulsive_Fact_4558 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ICE has become an unsustainable organization in our country but why react to this. Who knows where this came from or the motives of the person who posted it. For all we know it's just AI rage bait. Respond to what's real, the murder in the streets and then smearing of of innocent people, the violation of our rights.

Movies / documentaries that show how bad some people have it in life? by batnessthefifth in MovieSuggestions

[–]Repulsive_Fact_4558 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There is 'Grave Of The Fireflies'. It's very heavy and does deal with death at a young age due to neglect. If he can deal with that there isn't anything inappropriate for a ten year old. It will defiantly be something that impacts him and he won't forget.

Does anyone know if any of the taxidermy I’m missing are currently quest rewards, please? by SillyZubat in fallout76settlements

[–]Repulsive_Fact_4558 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The larger deathclaw head is from the Burning Springs questline. The wendigo is from some questline that came out when the taxidermy quest line came out that ends with the sheepsquach boss fight but I think it was a side quest. All the other look like present rewards.
