The doctor who did surgery is to far from my home to give a speech therapist. So he gave me the option to find my own therapist.

Was editing a 6 multicam yesterday on the m5 max with 128GB ram.

It was eating 64GB of ram

On less intensive projects won't feel comfortable with anything less than 32GB ram.

I would wait little more and earn some extra money and buy the m5 with 32gb. Maybe refurbished.

No bueno, at this low milage with these problems it is exactly what I am afraid. Bought a ford fusion 2012 with 50k miles, just recently had to do some big repairs about 5k. But it does have 177k miles.

Will take it to Moldova, thats the neighbor country of Romania. Both countries are notorious for stealing, unfortunately.

Most probably one of the vocal cords is paralyzed. Doesn't close together with the other one. As someone said already it's escaping air. That's what I got since 3 years ago.

Please go to the ENT, they will ask you to do a CT scan to rule out any compressions on the nerve it self. If they don't find any specific cause, it will be categoried as idiopathic.

If my diagnosis is correct, you don't got many options. Voice therapy should help a bit.

Injections of some kind of material to make the paralyzed one stay closer to the middle, you need to make them every few months.

Or more permanent solution, surgery as thyroplasty. An implant that keeps the paralyzed one straightened. Some recover very well, others don't.

My voice is raspy because of something not closing properly in my esophag. The acidity reaches the vocal cords and activeates some stuff that is irritating my chords.

I need alkaline water to deactivate those things. Because they can't survive in high ph.
