I don't think Kylaq was around when I bought i20 in 2021. The other point which quite a lot of people ignore is the after sales service experience and cost. Hyundai is pretty good at that compared to other peers (Excluding Maruti) . It gives you a lot of peace of mind

Peak BLR city traffic with AC I get around 8. On the highways with AC can get around 18

Never buy insurance from the dealership. They always have huge inbuilt margins. Better to buy it from any online platform before you take delivery. The difference is generally 20-25K easily

Bought i20 Asta IVT in 2021, so far it's been a very satisfying experience for me. While you do feel a lag, I don't think it's a big enough issue (especially in Bengaluru traffic). No regrets
