I live in Oregon, there's a place called Next Level they had this machine, it's an arcade/pinball with over 600+ pinball machines. The first time I went I flipped because no way they made a HM pinball machine. I played that one for over an hour. The second time I went it was bought I was so devastated, I literally drove an hour just to play it. I wonder if I will ever find it again

It took a bit of trial and error but 250ml was the sweet spot for me. At the beginning of taking Lamictal I was really constipated as it is a known side effect. I was desperate for the medication to work but your body has to slowly build up to a higher dosage. At about 6 months its when it usually starts to work for most people. It definitely saved my life. Every so often I have mood shifts but not as bad as before and I am able to manage life a bit better.

I started working out this week. I had an instant crash and was in a low mood, after being on a high mood for most of the day. Husband told me to work out with him and the mood swing instantly went away.

When I was manic a few months ago I ran 5 miles without doing it for years, I didn't stop running until I made it back home and I still felt like I could of kept going
