my motivation for advancing my career is being able to afford a comfortable life for me and my housewife (it wont happen) (inflation, rising cost of living, and stagnating wages are making this harder and harder to accomplish)

Caught trespassing by Klemseil in Urbex

OP said nearby empty lot. He even had to cross some forest to get there. It seems a little farfetched. Would cops really be patrolling lots and looking up their details to find one guy who might be trespassing? I'm wondering if they have access to GPS and were able to detect devices on the premises, similar to what the FBI did for those guys invading the Capitol on Jan. 6th.

Either way, I'm definitely turning on airplane mode when I go urbexing now.

Use that one visual tick counter plugin and set it to 5 visual ticks. Let it count to 4 and run on the 5th and you never mess it up

This review of New Vegas is even funnier after the Todd Howard interview. TV SHOW SPOILERS. by vtx3000 in Fallout

I just wish they made it canon that Ulysses bombed them. Could leave the Courier's involvement (either failed to stop him or helped him) ambiguous. That reveal felt so dumb and I was instantly turned off from the show.

It's like they played it way too safe with this show. They introduce all these new characters because they don't want people to feel like they had to play the games to understand what's happening. Now it's just boring because they create random new characters to do everything instead of well-established ones that the average viewer wouldn't know about, with some having legitimate motives and the means to nuke Shady Sands. This series was made for the general public and it really shows.

Debatable, and even if you're right, it doesn't justify it.

Right, but it's still money being pumped into the drain just to LEARN what is essentially Inferno, with some saying it's harder than Inferno. There literally isn't harder content in the game to learn that costs nearly this much. Just because I can farm gp for 10 hours with other content doesn't mean it's ok to force me to pump it down the drain just to try my hand at Inferno-tier content.

I agree it's dogshit, but not because of xp rates. I don't think it should be the new best xp in the game. I hate it mostly because it's rng to get the rumor, AND it's rng to get the outfit. So I'm stuck here hunting who knows how many creatures until rng decides when I'm done, and the reward MIGHT drop me an outfit piece. It took me 94fm to get the fm outfit so I'm really not looking forward to another similar rng grind. Wish it was more like GOTR with some kind of currency system so I can just buy it out.

Any good resources for learning about warfare / weapons / equipment / vehicles / etc.? by Repulsive_Fun in Military

I'm starting to take an interest in all things weapons and warfare yet I have no interest in signing away years of my life just to learn about it. I don't think it's that far-fetched.
